Challenges Faced by the Client: The client needed a CFO partner to do the financial modeling of their mix-use project in Lake Nona, Florida. The project consisted of 200+ units of Multi-Family, 92,000 sq. feet of Self-Storage and 30,000 square feet of Retail. The client also needed to secure additional debt and equity term sheets.
Solution provided: Gedeon Financial was able to complete the financial modeling for the client and secure multiple debt and equity terms for the client.
Results and Outcome: As a result, the client was able to close the mix-use project with the best capital terms for the mix-use project.

Challenges Faced by the Client: The client needed a CFO partner to review their construction loan documents for a $44 million dollar construction loan for a 288-unit, multi-family project. The same client also needed the CFO partner to do the financial forecasting for the project. The capital stack also included friends and family capital as well as institutional capital that Gedeon Financial was able to execute the financial model on.
